ALTA / ACSM Surveys
An ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey is provided when a Title Company and a Lender require the location data necessary for issuing an American Land Title Association or Extended Coverage Title Insurance Policy. An ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey is a survey whose format is equally understood by lending institutes, from London to Lisbon, San Francisco to New York City, and Shanghai to Singapore and are generally required when financing is coming from an outside source. It is most usually needed for a commercial property.
